Deine Trainings-, Ernährungs- und Körperdaten werden ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät und in deinem persönlichen Firebase-Konto gespeichert. Bei aktivierter Apple-Health-Integration (HealthKit) werden Gesundheitsdaten ausschließlich zur Synchronisation innerhalb der App genutzt — niemals für Werbung, Data-Mining oder zur Weitergabe an Dritte. Deine Daten werden niemals verkauft oder an Werbetreibende weitergegeben.
Your training, nutrition, and body data is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal Firebase account. When Apple Health integration (HealthKit) is enabled, health data is used exclusively for in-app synchronization — never for advertising, data mining, or sharing with third parties. Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Firebase (Google LLC)
Wir nutzen Firebase Authentication und Firestore zur Kontoverwaltung und Cloud-Synchronisation. Mit Google besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV) gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO. Datenübertragungen in die USA erfolgen auf Basis der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln.
We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore for account management and cloud sync. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Data transfers to the USA are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Open Food Facts
Beim Scannen von Barcodes sowie bei der Lebensmittelsuche werden Anfragen an openfoodfacts.org gesendet — ein gemeinnütziges Open-Source-Projekt. Dabei wird ein Ländercode übermittelt, um Ergebnisse nach Region zu filtern. Dieser Ländercode wird ausschließlich aus der Sprach-/Regioneinstellung deines Geräts abgeleitet (nicht aus GPS oder deinem tatsächlichen Standort). Es werden keine weiteren persönlichen Daten übermittelt.
Barcode scans and food searches query openfoodfacts.org — a non-profit open-source project. A country code is transmitted to filter results by region. This code is derived exclusively from your device's language/region setting (not from GPS or your actual location). No further personal data is transmitted.
AI Coach (Groq, Gemini & OpenRouter)
Anonymisierte Trainingsdaten werden für den AI Coach an Groq gesendet, mit Gemini und OpenRouter als Fallbacks. Je nach gewähltem Modell kann OpenRouter Anfragen an Modelle von Anthropic oder OpenAI weiterleiten; der direkte Vertragspartner bleibt jedoch Groq/Gemini/OpenRouter. Name und E-Mail werden nicht weitergegeben.
Anonymized training data is sent to Groq for the AI Coach, with Gemini and OpenRouter as fallbacks. Depending on the selected model, OpenRouter may route requests to Anthropic or OpenAI models; the direct contractual partner remains Groq/Gemini/OpenRouter. Your name and email are never included.
