Gym Assist bietet Trainingsplanung, Ernährungstracking und einen KI-gestützten Coach. Ein Teil der Funktionen ist kostenlos nutzbar, erweiterte Funktionen ("Gym Assist Pro") erfordern ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement.
Gym Assist provides workout planning, nutrition tracking, and an AI-powered coach. Some features are free to use; advanced features ("Gym Assist Pro") require a paid subscription.
3. Abonnements und Zahlungen

Gym Assist Pro wird als automatisch verlängerndes Abonnement (monatlich oder jährlich) über deinen App Store Account angeboten. Der Preis wird vor dem Kauf angezeigt und deinem iTunes/App-Store-Konto belastet.
Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch, sofern es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums gekündigt wird. Die Verwaltung und Kündigung erfolgt ausschließlich über die Kontoeinstellungen deines Apple-ID-Accounts (Einstellungen → [dein Name] → Abonnements).
Bereits bezahlte Zeiträume werden bei Kündigung nicht anteilig erstattet. Rückerstattungen richten sich nach den Richtlinien von Apple.
Gym Assist Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) through your App Store account. The price is shown before purchase and will be charged to your iTunes/App Store account.
The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled only through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded pro-rata upon cancellation. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

Die App liefert allgemeine Trainings- und Ernährungsinformationen und ersetzt keine medizinische, ärztliche oder ernährungswissenschaftliche Beratung. Konsultiere vor Beginn eines Trainingsprogramms bei gesundheitlichen Vorerkrankungen einen Arzt.
The App provides general training and nutrition information and does not replace medical, physician, or nutritional advice. If you have pre-existing health conditions, consult a doctor before starting any training program.
5. Haftungsbeschränkung

Die Nutzung der App und der KI-Coach-Funktion erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung. Eine Haftung für Schäden, die aus der Anwendung von in der App bereitgestellten Trainings- oder Ernährungsempfehlungen entstehen, ist im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen ausgeschlossen.
Use of the App and the AI coach feature is at your own risk. Liability for damages arising from following training or nutrition recommendations provided in the App is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
